With this space we want:

• To offer a safe space for meeting, welcoming, trusting, availability and listening, with attitudes of cordiality and confidentiality.

• To offer  information, advice, guidance and follow-up with professional rigor.

• Satisfactorily report on various professionals and external resources in the event of possible referrals.

• Adequately report on other services and resources of the Foundation itself when additional information is required or a broader response to information and advice needs is needed.

• Collaborate effectively with other professionals in the educational community when joint action is needed in response to individual needs that arise.

• Support, advise and accompany educators and monitors in a linked and coherent way in the care of families.
